Scaricare da Internet non è un reato, ci sono però degli ISP (Internet Service Provider) che limitano fortemente le nostre azioni, specie se intendiamo scaricare via p2p o più in generale via Torrent. Come scoprire quali sono gli ISP che ci tagliano la banda (tagliare la banda in download = rallentamento del download via p2p = bandwidth throttling) quando scarichiamo via p2p ? Prima ancora di descrivere il tool offerto da Google ricordiamo che ogni ISP deve fornire delle clausole nel contratto che descrivono esplicitamente eventuali tagli di banda se intendessimo scaricare via P2P, la mancanza di tali clausole ha come diretta conseguenza l’annullamente di qualsiasi penale se intendessimo annullare il contratto dopo aver scoperto tagli di banda non descritti…
