logo big brotherPochi giorni fa la Camera Bassa del Parlamento Francese ha approvato la bozza di un disegno di legge che è noto come Loppsi 2. Il disegno di legge prevede la richiesta agli ISP di bloccare l’accesso a siti web, in modo tale da fermare attività criminali. Ciò che preoccupa invece è la facoltà, data alla polizia sotto la supervisione di un giudice di installare Cavalli di Troia sui PC sospetti per monitorare le attività illegali.

Gli intenti sono nobili, monitorare  prevenire abusi maa nche mano pesante con la Pornografia Infantile. Come al solito si agisce tardi, dimenticando che sono molti i pedofili (fatti documentati – PDF In Francese) ad aver adottato soluzioni tecnologiche avanzate, tali da prevenire gli scambi di dati client – server, eventuali dati stanno e rimangono su un server remoto..

Sono in molti i cittadini Francesi a mobilitarsi, poichè stanno assistendo continuamente ad una serie di lacune ma anche alla limitazione dei diritti fondamentali. (Jean-Pierre Dubois, presidente della Lega francese dei diritti dell’uomo.)

Il Governo Tedesco sta procedendo sulla falsariga di quello Francese. In Italia la situazione è calda ma non si parla ancora di una limitazione dei diritti paragonabile a quella Francese. A dire il vero i precedenti esistono (Pirate Bay, blocco di un sito Straniero che non fornisce alcun link diretto di materiale pirata) ma non sono ancora paragonabili a quello del “Grande Fratello D’Europa”…
