Sei Editori hanno ottenuto in ingiunzione afifnchè Rapidshare controlli attivamente 148 titoli affinchè non vengano mai inseriti sul suo servizio di file hosting. Qualora RapidShare non riesca a assolvere tale compito, rischia una multa di $339,000 fines fino al carcere.

logo rapidshareCome racconta TorrentFreak, il 4 Febbraio diversi editori si allearono contro Rapidshare poichè notarono che gli utenti effettuavano l’upload di documenti contravvenendo al copyright.  Il 10 Febbraio 2010 vi fu un primo giudizio seguito da quest’ultimo dove il Boss di Rapidshare rischia fino a 2 anni di Carcere

“This ruling is an important step forward. Google e il caso Italiano

Ancor peggio per Google dove dei dirigenti sono stati accusati di diffamazione. Il caso risale al 2006 quando degli utenti pubblicarono su Google Video un filmato di un disabile che veniva “malmenato”. Attendiamo i risultati poichè la situazione è HOT, sono a rischio i servizi online per lo storage (free file hosting) ma anche gli stessi portali di videosharing, monitorare ogni singolo file e video è pressochè impossibile…
